The Problem

Managing a shuttle system for children with disabilities is particularly challenging, with each passenger having his or her own special needs.
Krambo's Wings has thousands of students on the move, each with their own special needs.
Meet Anna,
Ana has epilepsy. A long drive in a vehicle without air conditioning might cause her to have a seizure.
On one of her trips, the air conditioner broke. No one on the shuttle anticipated that this situation would be dangerous for Anna.
She was rushed to the hospital in a serious condition.
Meet Dana, Roy’s mother.
Roy is a child with visual impairments.
Dana is worried every time Roy boards the shuttle.
She does not know if the ride is going smoothly, if Roy got off the shuttle in the right place, and if he is safe and happy.
Meet David,
He's in a wheelchair.
It takes him 15 minutes to leave the house to go for a car ride.
When his ride is late, he is stuck waiting outside- rain or shine.
The Solution
VanGo - transportation Management system.
The system provides information
about each of the passenger's personal needs, and monitors the location of the transportation.
The system provides real-time updates to the passengers and alerts them when they should be ready for pick up, as well route updates for the parents and managers. Everyone can be at peace, knowing where the passengers are at all stages of the trip.

A system that allows viewing and tracking of shuttles to and from their destination.
At any given moment, the system can report where each vehicle is and the status of each passenger.
The system learns the passengers’ waiting times and sends alerts when there are or are not adjustments.
The system includes team management, volunteer management, and reporting .
